Family & Individual Therapy Support

Our foundation will assist after insurance has maxed out, or if any individual or family have limited financial access. There will be a full screening with community partnerships, and outsourced services.

Medical Outpatient Continuation

Each individual case will be evaluated based on the aftercare from licensed physicians or clinical care therapist, the foundation will maintain relationships with the appropriate professionals for continued care assistance.

Veterans Assistance

HOPE Support Groups are provided FREE, Suicide Prevention resources, access to Clinical Therapy Services, and Family Grief Counseling, Monthly Self-care events at VFW in Indian Trail, NC.

Student Services

Educational tutoring, Student Transitioning Assistance, HOPE Support Groups FREE, Suicide Prevention resources, access to Clinical Therapy Services (out-sourced), IEP and 504 Advocacy with Child/Family Support.
