Our foundation will assist after insurance has maxed out, or if any individual or family have limited financial access. There will be a full screening with community partnerships and currently outsourced services.

Each individual case will be evaluated based on the aftercare from licensed physicians or clinical care therapist, the foundation will maintain relationships with the appropriate professionals for continued care assistance.

HOPE Support Group will be provided FREE, Suicide Prevention Program, access to Clinical Therapy Services, and Family Grief Counseling.

Educational tutoring, Student Transitioning Assistance, HOPE Support Groups FREE, Suicide Prevention Programs, access to Clinical Therapy Services (out-sourced), IEP and 504 Assistance.
